Korean Student Coordinator

Go! Go! World helps students from all over the world that want to live and study in Japan, Korea, Spain, Italy and France. We provide free support for finding the perfect school for each student and help them apply for their student visa. We also help in finding accommodation, get up-to-date immigration advice and also offer online courses for those who need language lessons prior to their trip. We offer our service in 9 languages and have helped over 13000 people from more than 90 countries achieve their dream of living & studying abroad.

We are looking for a native Korean member of staff with a strong interest in Italy and the Italian language to join our Go! Go! Italia team.

The ideal candidate will have a very positive attitude, strong written communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot a student’s problems, a strong willingness to help people and also be very detail oriented.

You will be working closely with the Country Manager, learning our current process of helping students and providing guidance to students via phone calls, direct message (DM), e-mail, etc. 

You will be playing an active role in communication/marketing to Korean students and supporting our team with translations.

Possibility to transition to a full-time position based on performance.

Part time hours: 5 days a week, 4 hours a day  (start time negotiable).

Compensation: 11500 won per hour.

Transport covered up to 80000 won a month. 

Bonus also available depending on performance. 

Main duties

  • Customer Service: You will provide a high level of customer service to Korean students and their families throughout their journey, addressing any inquiries, concerns, resolving any issues that may arise, to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Translation (English to Korean, Korean to English): You will help our team with translations of several types of materials, including educational documents, video subtitles, website pages, infographics, etc.
  • Marketing: You will be the Korean Marketing lead in charge of promoting our programs and services towards the Korean student community. You will create engaging relevant content for our target audience, to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students. You will also monitor and respond to any inquiries or comments on our SNS platforms, fostering a positive online presence.

Required skills/experience

  • Located in Korea or Italy.
  • Native Korean communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English in order to communicate with our team.
  • Be an excellent team player 
  • Be highly organized, able to meet strict deadlines and pay high attention to detail.
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Experience in achieving sales goals with motivation to drive improved performance 
  • Have at least 1 year of customer support experience.

Preferred skills/experience

  • Italian proficiency is desirable but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of the Italian education system and cultural practices useful
